Two weeks to first auction of 2016

The Munster Property Auction will hold the first of its public auctions of 2016 in just two weeks and interest is mounting in the properties on offer. The Munster Property Auction team noted a busy start to the year with a significant level of enquiries over the holiday period and continuing into the first weeks of January. Patrick Convey, of The Munster Property Auction comments “after a busy end to 2015 and an even busier start to 2016, we expecting strong interest in the properties on offer. The auction will offer approximately 20 properties from across Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Waterford, and Tipperary.”
The company are the only auction provider in Ireland who do not charge admission or marketing fees to enter the auction, making it very appealing to property owners to use the service. Furthermore, the auction team will agree a fair Sellers Reserve with each property owner, which is the minimum amount the property owner can walk away with. With an overall success rate of 90% from auctions last year, the auction team is expecting the demand to continue throughout the year.
