Enticing a high-profile international retailer into Waterford’s City Square is set to be significantly enhanced should a planning application to extend the Arundel Square facility be green-lit.
IBI Property Nominees Ltd wishes to demolish several existing buildings on the site, including the Brasserie Restaurant, and replace the current composition with retail accommodation totalling 1760 square metres.
