Talking up Ireland’s economic future formed the central plank of Public Expenditure Minister Brendan Howlin’s address at the Waterford Chamber National Business Conference, held at the Tower Hotel on Thursday last.
“There is a need for an end in sight, a point to it all, a promise of better times to come,” said Minister Howlin.
