Since retiring from an extended playing career, Alan has forged a very successful career as a media analyst and journalist. In addition, Alan’s work on the Motivational, Leadership and Wellness circuit has seen him quickly develop into a sought-after speaker both in Ireland and the UK. Alan also writes for the Irish Independent and works with RTE, Sky Sports and Newstalk.

Speaking in advance of the event, Anna Hanley Territory Sales Manager, Permanent TSB said: “We are delighted to welcome Alan to Waterford and to be working with Waterford Chamber on what is sure to be an entertaining and memorable business breakfast. We will also be joining on the morning by Robbie Leonard, SME Manager with Permanent TSB and Bob Gahan, Wealth Manager with Irish Life.”

Waterford Chamber President Jonathan Earl commented: “In a business environment where we are all exceedingly busy, it is great to have the opportunity to take a couple of hours to focus on health and well-being and Alan Quinlan is a leading motivational speaker in this regard. Of course, we will also be having an interactive session around the upcoming rugby world tour, which is sure to be insightful. Thanks to the support of Permanent TSB, this breakfast is free of charge and a great way to kick off our Autumn events schedule.”
