The Munster Property Auction are holding their first public auction of the year in just two weeks, on February 27th. After a very successful year in 2019 which saw over 90% of properties offered successfully sold, the auction team are happy to report significant levels of enquiries throughout January and into February. Patrick Convey, director of The Munster Property Auction comments “after a busy end to 2019 and an even busier start to 2020, we are expecting strong interest in the majority of the properties on offer. Our auctions will offer over 20 assets across Munster and we have some fantastic properties on offer. Furthermore, with clarity around Brexit now, buyers have been back in force in 2020 and we are expecting strong interest in the majority of the lots.”
