The Munster Property Auction are holding their first public auction of the year in just two weeks, on February 27th. After a very successful year in 2019 which saw over 90% of properties offered successfully sold, the auction team are happy to report significant levels of enquiries throughout January and into February. Furthermore, with clarity around Brexit now, buyers have been back in force in 2020 and we are expecting strong interest in the majority of the lots.”
