According to a recent report from Daft.ie for Q4 2019, the average price of a house in Waterford city stands at €180,650 with the county being one of only six that saw a year-on-year increase in prices in 2019. “Waterford is booming and this is reflected in the buoyant housing market,” said Property Partners chairman John Buggy. “We are delighted to see Barry partner with Deirdre to set up this new office.
