“We are looking forward to this opportunity to bring our hallmark of excellence to the continued thriving property market in the city,” said Deirdre Phelan. “I am a proud Waterford city native and have substantial links within the business, sporting and wider community. Waterford is poised for an exciting time ahead with major developments imminent for the North Quays and Michael Street, which will effectively change the face of the city. The time is right for us to bring Property Partners to Waterford city.”

According to a recent report from Daft.ie for Q4 2019, the average price of a house in Waterford city stands at €180,650 with the county being one of only six that saw a year-on-year increase in prices in 2019. “Waterford is booming and this is reflected in the buoyant housing market,” said Property Partners chairman John Buggy. “We are delighted to see Barry partner with Deirdre to set up this new office.
