Perhaps I am amiss in raising the question regarding Waterford County Council’s "missing millions", however: would not the 'issing millions' or some €2.8 million in development charges outstanding since June 30th last be the responsibility of Mr. O'Dwyer as Waterford County Manager, and in that case how can Mr. O'Dwyer be reaping praise for retiring so conveniently? I wish Mr. O’Dwyer and his family all the best.
