Christmas Swim
The freezing weather didn’t dampen the spirits of the great crowd that turned out for the annual Christmas swim organised by Stradbally Soccer Club at Stradbally Cove.

Our local soccer club in Stradbally has over many years raised lots of funds for charity with their Christmas Day Swim.
Water Supply
Waterford County Council has also advised consumers that due to ongoing works being carried out for the laying of pipes for the Stradbally Sewage Scheme.
Road Closed
Waterford County Council has given notice that due to the ongoing works on the Stradbally Sewerage Scheme the road from Nunnery Lane from the Barrack Cross to Cill Aodha Estate.
Stradbally na Déise
Local history book “Stradbally na Déise”, published in 2007, has become a collector’s item. We have had a number of requests for copies of the book.
Official Opening
The newly refurbished Barron Hall in Stradbally, which dates back to 1806 AD, will be officially opened on Friday night next 29th October at 8pm.
