You may have noticed that our new playground is almost ready to open and the committee is very busy arranging a very exciting official opening day on Saturday August 28th. This promises to be a day of fun and celebration. Our own John O’Shea will get the party started at 12pm and will play till 2pm. John’s colleagues from WLR will then take over and broadcast live from the event from 2pm to 5pm. There will be lots of food and entertainment throughout the day and plenty to entertain everyone. This is a great day for our parish and the committee invites everyone to come along and join in the celebrations. I will have more details for you next week, but mark that date in your diary. We would really love to see you there.
