Bookmark, Email, Print or ShareBallymac takes ‘pride of place’ in All-Ireland
The Ballymacarbry/Nire Valley/Fourmilewater claimed top prize in the annual Co-operation Ireland All-Island Pride of Place Awards held in Gorey on November 5th.
The West Waterford entry won the Category Four competition, which caters for populations of between 1000 and 2000 people.
Adjudicators said their entry was the best they had ever seen in nine years of judging the ‘Pride of Place’ event given its ‘exceptional’ attention to detail.
