The very best of good luck to Eddie Meaney of Dr. Caseyville who left last weekend to take up residency in Sydney in Australia. His wife Caroline and their two children will be following in the next few weeks. Eddie and Caroline are members of well known and respected local families. Caroline is daughter of Pearl and the late Willie O’Shea, Wolfe Tone Road. They themselves are also very highly regarded and will be greatly missed by their many friends. There was a big “send off’’ party for them in the Chapparal’’ Bar last Friday night when they were showered with best wishes as they prepare to begin their new life “Down Under’’. Good luck to them and God bless them both and their young family.
