We would like to thank the huge crowd who attended the Ashgrove pitch on Saturday to support the U15s in the last 32 of the SFAI Cup. Thanks also to all those who helped in the hall with the catering both before and after the game. We would also like to thank Blanchfield’s Centra, Iverk Produce and Cookstown Pork & Bacon for sponsorship towards the game, and also everyone who has put work into the grounds in the last few months, as there has been a huge improvement in the facilities. Most importantly we would like to congratulate the players for a great run in the cup; to reach the last 32 in the country is a huge achievement. The players have done themselves, their families and the club proud with their commitment and behaviour on the pitch, and were unlucky to lose by an own goal. Hopefully Dixie and Gowley can keep this team together for another few years. Once again, thanks to everyone who contributed to a great day!
