Congratulations to Don Sutherland and his team on the success in receiving the “Bridgestone Award” 2011.This award is given on an annual basis to the top food and beverages in the island of Ireland, and is judged by number one food critics  John and Sue Mckenna. Irish Artisan Beverages (Don)  created a new drink category Dunhil Castle Sparkling Spirit”, from Irish produce, and are based in  Dunhill Eco Park. Two food producers  and five restaurants in the county received awards. Don is an active member of “Stradbally Tourism and Enterprise Group” and the “Barron Community Hall Stradbally Ltd”
