Campaigns cannot flourish and survive on enthusiasm alone but somewhere down the line need a cash injection to purchase tools, and materials. Tramore Tidy Towns are appealing for your support during their bag pack in Super Valu on Thursday April 16th.
On Saturday all interested are cordially invited to join in a communal clean up of Power’s Terrace, Strand Street Upper as the resort’s contribution to the National Spring Clean Up during April. Bags for rubbish will be supplied by Waterford County Council. The vital ingredient of interest in the task and energy to cope with the workload will be provided by you!
If many hands turn up on Saturday April 18th at 11am and make light work it is hoped to move on to the grounds of Tramore House to harvest the crop of bottles and cans which spoil the vista for visitors and locals alike.
