Events guide on discovertramore.ie

The team behind Discover Tramore tourism website for Tramore, www.discovertramore.ie, have announced three new extensive tourist guides, featuring the South East Coastal Drive, Copper Coast Drive and a Beach Walk Guide.

Designed by local web & graphic design company Alpha Design for visitors to Tramore, these new guides are available to download from the Discover Tramore website, which recently launched an online Events Guide to enable tourists a glimpse of what the seaside town has to offer.

“Tramore’s biggest attraction probably is our beautiful golden beach. It provides the perfect setting for a relaxing walk, taking in natural habitats and wildlife. With the help of local man Alan Walsh, the team created an extensive beach walk guide. It helps visitors to explore the beach from the ‘Ladies Slip’ right down to the furthest sand dunes”, explained Kevin O’Sullivan of ‘Discover Tramore’. “Feedback from members and tourists alike saw the improvement and revision of the very successful Tramore Holiday Map from last year. This, along with an extensive brochure about the town, will be released in the coming weeks.

Along with the new and improved tourism material, the Discover Tramore website is continually updated to ensure that visitors make the most out of it so that it is their “first choice for enjoying Tramore” and remains in a strong position on all search engines. One of the newest website innovations is a ‘blog’ to further promote Tramore and other areas, helping tourists make Tramore the choice of holiday destination and to make the most out of their trip when they do visit the ‘Sunny South East’. They are subsequently invited to send in any suggestions so that their experiences can help with others looking for information. Other enhancements to the website include the ‘Special Offers’ section for bargain hunters, and improvements to the Discover Tramore Mobile website facility (mobile.discovertramore.ie).

“The continuous work on the website, and with the involvement of our advertising agents, all is being done to really promote tourism for Tramore. Being a native of the seaside town, I know just how much it has to offer tourists. At Discover Tramore, we felt we could improve on what was already available and promote Tramore even further”, Mr O’Sullivan concluded.
