Further success for dancer Richard
Tramore dancer, Richard Murray, a pupil at The Higgins Academy, Waterford, took part in the World Championships of Irish Dancing in the City IECC at City West Hotel, Dublin. This event had not taken place in Ireland for fifteen years and it was reported that up to 20,000 people attended, generating €10.5m. Richard was one of approximately 4,500 competitors who travelled from all over the world to take part.
