The pupils and staff of Gaelscoil Philib Barún, Tramore celebrated the awarding of a Green Flag for its environmentally-friendly achievements on Friday, March 5th.
Special guest was one of the Gaelscoil’s past pupils, Jim Swift, the well-known local long-distance swimmer and runner who spoke to the pupils about the importance of caring for the planet, and praised the school’s environmental ethos.
