Many Thanks

The Tramore Support Group of Waterford Hospice wishes to thank the Victoria House, Queen Street, for hosting a monster BBQ on Sunday 1st August. It was a great event with both the County Mayor Paddy O’Callaghan and the Tramore Mayor, Ann-Marie Power launching the event. Thank you both. There are so many people to thank for an event like this. Please pardon me if I don’t mention you by name. The person who was fundamental in co-ordinating all this does not want his name mentioned but we all know who he is. I have to regard his wishes, but I think most people know who he is. I have to give you very sincere thanks for bringing this about.

To Derek Barry of The Vic, Derek O’Sullivan of J.D.’s, Gary and all sponsors and helpers who helped bring this about, well done! Thank you. A special thanks to the raffle ticket seller of the day, Aileen. It is hard work! To all who supported on the day by coming along, a very big thank you.

The grand total raised on the day was €3084.88. In the current recession it is so great to get this kind of support. June, chairperson of Tramore Support Group extends sincere thanks to you all for your support.
