Please participate or support the 10k run and 7.5k walk, in association with balance fitness, which will set off at 12.30pm from Splashworld, Tramore on Sunday 28th March. There will be live music, kids entertainment and a flaming hog BBQ. Entry fee adult €10, under eighteen €5. Entry options: in person at Splashworld; by post to Splashworld 10k, Tramore, Co.
