The under sixteen girls made the long trip to Tullow on the Carlow /Wicklow border on Saturday last and came away with victory on a three goals to nil scoreline. Emily Holmes put the Tramore girls in front just a minute before the interval, finishing on the back post from a Ciara O’Brien cross. Emily got her second goal of the game midway through the second half, tucking away a Niamh Walsh cross in the six yard area. Goal of the game came from defender Cathy Linehan with a thirty yard screamer giving the Slaney keeper no chance at all.
