A collaboration of the work of Emily Moore and Suzanne Carroll will be on show at Aoife’s Cafe and Gallery, 33 The Mall, from 24th January.

Waterford-born Emily Moore developed a love of art from an early age. In recent years, she says, her style has progressed from abstract to Pop art. “All of my designs are full of vibrancy, colour and every piece of mine is an individual, unique design of my own art. From living with Depression, I embrace art now with all my emotions, as I find it very healing and good for the soul.”

Suzanne Carroll is also locally-based. She started painting about 5 years ago and draws inspiration around her, expressing this in an abstract form. “I have many canvas designs of art, colour portrays a vital aspect of my art. I’m self-taught artist, feelings and influences reveal the emotion within my art. I have experienced throughout my life struggles and challenges, which I now show in a positive light through my art.”
