Killinaskully and Bonham for Halloween night – Scary!

Robbie-BonhamRobbie Bonham

Getting the Halloween festivities off to a great starts this Saturday (31st October at 9pm, with Robbie – one of Revolution favorite mad cap comedians. The most notable thing about Robbie is that even though he’s writing this biog himself, he does so in the third person. Weird, huh?

Robbie has been doing standup for a couple of years now, only getting into it at the ripe old age of 33. He now plays regularly in the Laughter Lounge, the Capital Comedy Club, and various other Dublin gigs (in fact, anywhere with a microphone), and last year was voted the Capital Comedy Club’s best support act. He was also in the final of the Bulmers Comedy festival for the second year running and has just attained the title of 98 FM’s ‘Dublin’s Best Comedian’ He recently played to a sellout audience in the Empire Comedy Club in Belfast, and in Vicar St., Dublin. This year he performed his third string of fringe shows in the Kilkenny Festival.

As well as comedy, he is also a published cartoonist, illustrator, and writer. Recently he co-presented a radio show on Liber8fm and has now just grown his very own beard! He is also available for acting cameos if you need a tramp, or a Son of God, and can keep a beat on the oul’ drums!

Peter Byrne

As an actor on TV, a stand up comedian or as a comedy improviser with The Craic Pack Comedy Improv you are sure to come across Peter O’Byrne in you travels this year. As likable rogue Tricky Mickey Mooney in “Killinaskully” he managed to con the biggest con man of them all Dan (the man) Clancy, and while in RTE’s medical drama “The Clinic” he managed to get his wife to deliver their new born baby in a night club, is there anything this man can’t do? Yes, sing, dance or play tennis! In addition to acting roles Peter hosts The Bankers Comedy Club and The Craic Pack Comedy Improv Show every Friday and Saturday night in Dublin City. Later this month Peter is performing at The Kinsale Comedy Festival.

MC – Mark Swan. Tickets for this show are Just €5 –available at the bar 051844444
