John Lynn has won the Bulmer’s International Newcomer Award, been finalist of Channel 4’s “So you think your Funny?” and finalist of the Amused Moose Star-search in London.  Since then John has performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the UK and Chicago. Within a year of begging for open spots on Dublin’s comedy scene John was warming up for the likes of Ardal O’Hanlon, Des Bishop and Tommy Tiernan in Dublin’s famed the Comedy Cellar, the International Comedy Club and around Ireland. John’s droll demeanour and deadpan delivery have “reminded (me) of a young Sean Hughes” (Gilded Balloon, Edinburgh) and he recently got to work with the great man on RTE’s successful stand up show “The Liffey Laugh”.
