Donna Roche will perform at Christ Church Cathedral

Don’t miss Waterford native Donna Roche perform at Christ Church Cathedral on Sunday 5th September at 12 noon. This performance is part of the Cathedral’s Coffee Concert series. Donna started her singing career in Waterford at the W.I.T Music School under the tuition of Anne Woodworth. After finishing school Donna continued her studies with Dr. Veronica Dunne at both the Leinster School of Music & Drama and the Royal Irish Academy of Music in Dublin. During her time with Dr. Dunne, Donna studied song cycles, lieder, French song, opera and operetta. She is continuing vocal studies under the tuition of Bridget Knowles at W.I.T. The programme will include “Un bel di vedremo” from Puccini’s Madame Butterfly, “Parla piu piano” theme from The Godfather, “Because” and Dvorak’s Song to the Moon from the opera Rusalka.
