Squeeze legend returns

GlennTilbrook2010Glenn Tilbrook, one of popular music’s most consistently brilliant artists, makes a very welcome return to Forum Waterford on Wednesday, 24th March. A natural showman and one of the world’s truly great songwriters Tilbrook, has a chunky catalogue of pop classics to draw from and on the night fans can look forward to Squeeze classics, superb solo material plus, a few twists and surprises too!

Glenn Tilbrook’s work with with legendary British power-pop band, Squeeze has been well documented. From penning (with Chris Difford) some of pop music’s finest songs to include: “Take Me I’m Yours”, “Up The Junction”, “Cool For Cats”, “Labelled with Love”, “Another Nail in My Heart”, “Is That Love?” and “Tempted” to selling out many prestigious venues across the globe, to thrilling festivals goers at major music festivals with exhilarating live sets touching on most of their classic hits and album favourites.

In May 2008, Glenn Tilbrook and Chris Difford were the recipients of one of the music industry’s highest honours, the Ivor Novello Award for Outstanding Contribution To British Music, in recognition of the sheer quality and consistency of their songs.
