Waterford-born actor Lynda Gough stars in hit comedy play Shakers, which opens at the Theatre Royal this week. She plays the part of Carol who, with her colleagues Nicky (Jenny Clooney), Adele (Vicki Graham) and Mel (Greta Rochford) take the audience through a ‘normal’ night in the hottest bar in town. The ‘Waterfordized’ version of this play will launch new local theatre company Suirfire Productions and promises a night of pure hilarity, according to Lynda.
