Waterford Chamber is delighted to be supporting members GIY at the GROW HQ Kitchen for the Harvest Festival again this year.
Thanks to the sponsorship of City Square Shopping Centre, Dunnes Stores, House of Waterford Crystal and George’s Court, the GROW HQ Kitchen at Blackfriars will feature some of Ireland’s leading names in the culinary industry.
The free two day event kicks off on Saturday, September 12th with a local success story, as Irene Queally of Pip and Pear presents Healthy Eating for Baby at 10am and she is followed at 12pm by Rory O’Connell and Darina Allen. Chef Adrian takes to the stage at 2pm and Saturday’s line up concludes with Lilly Higgins from 4pm.
The inimitable Tom Doorley and his wife Joanne open proceedings on Sunday, followed by Mark Diacono of the River Cottage fame. The event finishes with a fascinating demonstration by Gaby Wieland.
