Tramore Community Radio says thank you

Dear Sir,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the people of Tramore for their continued support for Tramore Community Radio.

We had up to 200 people passing through the station premises last Friday. Hopefully everyone present, and those they talk to, will gain a better understanding of where we are, what we are trying to do and the job of work which must be completed before we get there.

The ongoing support of volunteers, local businesses, various community groups, clubs and societies all ensure that progress is being continuously made toward the gaining of a licence for the station.  With that in mind we would like to thank the Vee bistro for supplying the food and drink, as well as our many friends who helped get the day organised.

We would also like to take this opportunity to invite members of the public and people from various clubs, groups and organisations in the town to come and visit the station at 7, Main street.  We would be delighted to organise information sessions for interested groups who may wish to visit, find out more, use the various equipment we have installed and perhaps become more involved.

As we strive to make clear, this is our station and it is up to us to make sure it works.

Anyone wishing to find out more can call 087-6536002, or email tramoreradio@gmail.com

Once again we would like to thank the people of Tramore for their continued and valued support,

Tramore Community Radio Directors

Garrett Wyse
