Barron seeking FG seat
Pat Barron is standing for Fine Gael to gain an extra seat in the Tramore district. His aim is to help young couples remain in their community by addressing local planning issues, ensure a good standard of rural roads and local water supply.
He is also keen to ensure that areas such as Butlerstown, Dunhill and Tramore continue to develop as a hub for local businesses. This is especially important in light of current economic conditions where Tramore must continue to develop. Pat is also keen to represent voluntary groups at County Council level.
Married to Nora with two children, Richard and Aileen, Pat is farming in Knockeen, Butlerstown and has been a lifelong member of Fine Gael. He played hurling and football with Butlerstown for many years and has always been a keen GAA fan, followed closely by his passion for horse racing.
