Wexford band Shane Kenny and Brownstone Station are set to rock Central Arts on 20th February as part of their current Irish tour.

The Wexford based 4 piece who released their 2nd album in May of last year are currently playing numerous shows around the country in preparation for the release of their 3rd album, which is due for release later this year. Venues to date have included The Gypsy Rose, Whelans and The Grand Social in Dublin as well as JJ Harlows in Roscommon and just recently in the Waterford Academy of Music and Arts in support to The Pat McManus band to name but a few.

In 2013 the band signed a record deal with American record label Musik and Film, which was set up by former managers of rock legends Lynyrd Skynyrd. Musik and Film associates have been in the music business almost four decades and as well as having worked with Lynyrd Skynyrd, they have worked with great artists such as Red Jump Suit Apparatus, Suryvivor, Loverboy, Eddie and the Cruisers, Tommy Tutone, Missing Persons, Daryl Worley, Molly Hatchet, Ozzie Osbourne, Duran Duran and many others.

Through Musik and Film, they released 3 singles ‘Rolls off your tongue’, ‘Threw it all away’ and ‘Desert Road’ and to date have been picked up by more than 5000 radio stations worldwide.

The gig on the 20th of February starts at 8pm and tickets are €6.
