Stradbally Soccer Club

Stradbally FC are currently making plans for their Christmas Day Swim which was successfully held last year in aid of the children’s playground in Stradbally. The local club has sets of club gear for sale at €22 for top with crest, shorts and socks. With Christmas coming up in six weeks tie, it would make an ideal Christmas present. Our Lady of Mercy N.S. in Stradbally is having a recycling of old clothes fundraiser to raise much needed funds for the school. A recycling company will pay us for the clothes so the more we collect, the more we raise. This is an ideal opportunity for you to spring clean your wardrobe and donate any bags of clothes to the school. The recycling company will also donate 10 per cent of whatever we raise to the Laura Lynn Foundation. Bags of clothes must be returned to the school by Friday 15th November at the normal school finishing times i.e. 2.10pm, 3.10pm and also between 5.30pm and 6.30pm. Any type of bags can be sued and there are bags available at the local shop also. If you would like a bag collected please contact any member of the parents committee at Our Lady of Mercy Parents Association.
