Wet spell damaged roads severely
The prolonged wet spell in January caused ‘severe damage’ to the road network in County Waterford with surface damage being reported over a wide spread area.
The damage was a legacy from the severe winters from 2009 to 2011 when there were abnormal sub-zero temperatures over long periods

That is a joke most of the roads are damaged because of so called repairs.
The strange thing is the repairs are done on roads that don’t need it yet other roads that are in bad need of repair are still in NEED OF REPAIR why is that ?
