The death took place on Monday week last January 11th in Ard na Farraige Nursing Home,Tramore of Mrs Margaret Flynn, Forenaught, Dunmore East. She was 85 and had been in indifferent health for some time.

Deceased was a very well known member of the farming community and a very hard working lady in the family farm and a great wife and mother of a quiet dispositon. She gave many years attending to the needs of her family members who would be working around a wide area on contract business and was well known and respected by all whom she came in contact with She was pre deceased by her late husband Richard in 1993.

Her remains were removed to Killea Church on Tuesday January 12th and after requiem mass on Wednesday last her burial took place in Crooke Cemetery, on both occasions large numbers of sympathisers were present from all over the Barony and from adjoining areas also.

All her family are very well known in the Passage and Woodstown area well as in her own area. She is survived by her sons, Vincent, Richie, Eddie and Declan, daughter Maria Hogan, daughters in law, son in law, grand children, great grand children, brother in law, sisters in law and many other relatives, sympathy is extended to all the family at this sad time for all.
