It is with deep and sincere regret we record the death of Mrs Rose Whelan (nee Dwyer) who died following an accident on Sunday December 20th.
Her remains were removed from Waterford Regional Hospital to St Saviour’s Church on Tuesday December 22nd where they were received by Fr Martin Crowe OP.
Burial took place following Requiem Mass on Wednesday, December 23rd concelebrated by Fr Fergal Mac Eoinín, OP PP, and Fr Martin Crowe OP at the Star of the Sea Cemetery Duncannon.
She is survived by her sons Trevor and Stephen, their partners, Lisa and Leaann, granddaughters Sheena and Bronagh; her brothers Paddy, Johnnie, Dave, Micheal, Stephen ,Richard and Ciáran; her sisters Peggie, Ballybeg Drive, Chriss, Martina and Geraldine.
