1 – Stand up to the bullies in Brussels: We owe what we owe – even though we ‘ordinary’ people aren’t wholly responsible for making us the poorest country in Europe. Commissioner Olli Rehn welcomingly suggested this week that there is some wriggle room available for the new coalition. Hallelujah – how decent of Viceroy Olli!
A lower interest rate has to be secured to somehow make the entirely unmanageable burden just a tiny bit less disastrous.
