Carrick Swan 1-15; Carrick Davins 2-12

Carrick Swan and Carrick Davins played out a draw in their latest South Senior Championship head-to-head at the Davin Park on Sunday, a game which didn’t quite reach the heights of last year’s encounter.

At half-time, the Swan led by 1-7 to 0-9, in a match in which, hardly surprisingly, every ball was keenly contested.
