An All-Ireland winner with Cork as a player and manager, guest speaker Donal O’Grady will announce the overall WLRfm/Granville Hotel GAA Award recipient for 2009 at a gala dinner in the city on Friday, January 15th.

With 10 monthly nominees vying for the coveted overall title, judges Liam Cusack, Stephen Frampton, MacDarra MacDonnacha and Joe Cleary have the unenviable task of selecting the pick of the bunch.

The monthly recipients have already received a weekend breakaway, and the overall winner will be presented with a sunshine holiday for two.
