Ferrybank 5 Bohs 1
A very good win for our U11 team when beating Bohs 5-1 Wednesday last.
SFAI U12 Cup
Carrick 4 Ferrybank 3 AET
This was a cracking game between two good teams. Ferrybank took the lead after five minutes when MJ Sutton headed home a Shane Dineen Cross shortly after Liam Fennelly hit the crossbar with a fine effort. Carrick socred two very good goals to take lead at half time. Liam Fennelly socred from 40 yards with a great shoot and with two minutes left in normal time Liam Hennessy missed a glorious chance to win the game but shoot over from close range after good work from William Delahunty. Extra Time saw Carrick score twice and while we responed with another goal from MJ Sutton we just didnt have luck on your side on the day and we wish Carrick well in the next round. Well done to Matthew Sheehan, Gary Walsh and Eoin Hefferan from our U11B team team who helpedout for this gameand we will have learned a lot.
