Waterpark 26; Kilfeacle 20

Waterpark U19s: East Munster champions 2010.
After previously winning the East Munster Under-19 League and then being crowned Munster Champions an excellent second-half display secured Park Under-19s their third trophy of the season when they defeated Kilfeacle by 26-20 in Cashel on Sunday last.
Park opened the scoring after fifteen minutes with a try in the corner by winger Conor Langton which was converted with a wonderful kick from the touchline by outhalf Paddy Kiersey to lead 7-0.
Kilfeacle hit back with two penalties during the twentieth and twenty fifth minutes to close the gap to one point at 7-6 but just on the halftime whistle, Eoin Heffernan crossed for Parks second try which was again converted by Kiersey to leave the score standing at 14-6.
Park started this period strongly and went further ahead at 21-6 with a try by Kyle O’Donoghue converted by Kiersey ten minutes into the half. Kilfeacle replied with a converted try of their own under the posts after a drive by their forwards to reduce the deficit to 21-13.
On 25 minutes a wonderful piece of opportunism saw Park winger David Fitzgerald gather an attempted chip over his head and race over under the posts from halfway to push the margin out to 26-13.
Kilfeacle had the final say with another converted try just before the final whistle to leave the score at 26-20 and more silverware destined for Waterford.
