Eir has announced that 3,190 homes in the Waterford area will benefit from their new phase of high speed broadband rollout.
The locations of the homes and businesses are Ferrybank (480), Dungarvan (830), Kilmeaden (500), Aglish (390), Bonmahon (430), Loskeran (60) and Ring (500). The broadband will be rolled out over the next 12 months.
now complete in a number of locations, clearing the way for spans of new fibre cables to be installed alongside the existing roadside telecommunications infrastructure. On completion, the affected homes and businesses will be able to access the fastest broadband speeds in Ireland.
