This match was overshadowed by a bad injury to the Tramore player Morgan Pender in the first half. Under no pressure his leg appeared to buckle underneath him and the game was held up for something in the region of 15 minutes. All football followers will wish him a speedy recovery.
Michael Hawe put Johnville in front after 6 minutes but Tramore got back on level terms shortly afterwards court of an OG. Micheal Downey put Tramore in front with a header seconds before the break but five minutes from full-time John O’Leary took advantage of poor defending to take a point for the visitors.
Johnville have four points from four games, while Tramore have seven from three.
