Eleven candidates will contest the general election in the Waterford constituency.
Returning officer Niall Rooney published the notice of poll last Thursday.

The candidates are: Deputy Mary Butler and Cllr Eddie Mulligan (Fianna Fáil); Cllr Damien Geoghegan and Cllr John Cummins (Fine Gael); Deputy David Cullinane (Sinn Féin); Cllr John Pratt (Labour); Dr Ronan Cleary (Aontú); Independents Cllr Matt Shanahan and Bernadette Phillips; Una Dunphy (People Before Profit); and Cllr Marc Ó Cathsaigh (Green Party).
Kieran Hartley, formerly of Fianna Fáil, had previously declared his intention to seek a Dáil seat in this election as an Independent candidate.
However, he said last week that he had decided to withdraw from the race after careful consideration.
