Watchdog casts eye on City Square
Two submissions have been made to Waterford City Council’s Planning Office regarding IBI Property Nominees Ltd’s proposed ‘facelift’ of City Square – one of which was lodged by Brendan McCann.
The Viewmount resident and former Green Party member, whose frequent submissions on city planning issues has led to his being described as a ‘serial objector’, believes greater attention must be given to the project’s potential archaeological impact.
