Contracts which will advance the Fawaz Alhokair North Quay/Michael Street projects are set to be signed next week, The Munster Express understands.
The news, disclosed as we went to press, will take the €300 million-plus project a step closer to reality.
While An Bord Pleanála is currently handling the objections submitted to it regarding the North Quays project, a source told this newspaper that the development remains on a ‘full steam ahead’ footing.
