This eagerly awaited top of the table clash produced plenty of talking points at the Williamstown Complex on Saturday afternoon last.
Grannagh’s latest victory means they’re now firmly established as title favourites which would lead to their securing Premier Division football for the first time ever.
From the off, it was Joseph’s who went on the attack, with Ross O’Keeffe’s shot tipped over the crossbar by DJ Magee.
But in the eighth minute, Grannagh broke the deadlock through Colin Murphy, who slotted the ball in from six yards after Joseph’s centre-back Shane O’Brien failed to clear his lines.
