First they said coffee was bad for you and now they are saying it’s good for you and you should drink several cups a day. The magic beans will help to ward off skin cancer, Alzhiemer’s Disease, heart failure and diabetes risks, according to a study performed by the Harvard School of Public Health that was published recently. And, if that wasn’t enough, coffee is also said to decrease suicide risk as people who drink two to four cups each day are less likely to die by suicide than those who don’t drink coffee, drink decaf or drink fewer than two cups each day. The study followed over 200,000 people for at least 16 years. In fact, this isn’t the first time that researchers have claimed that coffee can be beneficial.
