A FORMER Waterford Crystal employee is this week celebrating after the crystal bowl he designed and crafted was used to present shamrock to the US President. ‘The Gathering Bowl’ was presented to President Barack Obama by An Taoiseach Enda Kenny yesterday (Tuesday) March 19th in the White House, Washington D.C. and was designed and crafted by local man Sean Egan of Sean Egan Art Glass.
