As flagged last issue, I’d intended to pass judgment on the new GAA rule changes as they pertain to hurling in this week’s installment. However, with Head of Games, Tallow man Pat Daly, set to address a special pre-National Leagues press conference in Croker this Wednesday on the subject, I’ve decided, for completeness sake, to keep schtum until I see what he has to say.
