Waterford County Council spent €68.2 million in 2010, €2.1 million more than its 2009 outlay, the Council’s Annual Financial Statement has revealed.
“Following on from last year, 2010 was another difficult year financially for Waterford County Council,” the report states. “The accounts however do record a small revenue surplus for the year of €16,900.”
