A summer Saturday, brilliant sunshine, Waterford – a mix of roadworks, development in Cathedral Square, many eggs going into the Tall Ships Festival and that uplifting feeling that sunshine brings. I was on my way to Christ Church Cathedral to see the Art on the Railings or at least the portion of tree shaded railing still available with all the development, adding dust to the sunlight.
